This is a remote position.
Job Highlights: Contract type: Independent Contractor Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break Responsibilities: Manage complex scheduling for a high-level executive Coordinate and manage Zoom calls (invitations, starting, recording) Attend bi-monthly client coaching sessions (90 minutes each) Take notes and ensure follow-up on action items from client meetings Maintain accountability for tasks mentioned during client interactions Handle personal assistant duties (e.g., scheduling appointments) Manage both professional and personal tasks for the executive Oversee 14 clients and their associated tasks Ensure timely follow-up on commitments made during client interactions Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong proficiency with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in relevant software and AI transcription tools Must be able to handle a Type A personality client Can start on the 8th of January, 2025 Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage on Eligible Locations Permanent Work from home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
