Bilingual (English-Spanish) Executive Assistant With Social Media Management Experience

Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Orlando, FL Time Zone Scope: 40 hours per week Remote work with flexibility to align with Orlando, FL business hours Opportunity to serve as a key communication facilitator within the company Potential for growth and skill development in a bilingual business environment Responsibilities: Manage and create basic social media content in both English and Spanish Create and send customer estimates for carpentry installation projects Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations Translate communications between English and Spanish as needed Assist with customer inquiries in both languages Facilitate communication between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking workshop staff Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, bilingual work environment Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Experience with social media management for business purposes Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills in both languages Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent Experience in translation or interpretation is a plus Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_17238_JOB Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Experience with social media management for business purposes Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills in both languages Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent Experience in translation or interpretation is a plus
