A Communication Hub: Serve as the main IT point of contact for incidents and requests through established channels like the Service Desk, corporate email, and corporate mobile calls. A Technical Support Expert: Configure and provide technical support for hardware and software, meeting SLA standards with quality and efficiency. An Operations Facilitator: Ensure the availability and functionality of training and meeting rooms to support smooth operations. A Project Collaborator: Assist in the testing of new services, facilities, and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring proper documentation for assigned campaigns. The TOP Team Is All About: Educational Background: Be a technologist or engineer in electronics, telecommunications, systems, or related fields. Fluent Communication: Showcase your upper-intermediate English proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication. Key Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles providing end-user support, preferably in the IT technology and operations sector. Networking Fundamentals: Have a basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks. Hardware Diagnostics: Be experienced in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues. VoIP: Have Knowledge of Voice over Internet Protocol systems. OS Mastery: Be knowledgeable in Windows, OS X, Linux, Citrix, VMware, and Windows Server. Office Applications: Be proficient in using Office productivity tools. Process Documentation: Have experience in documenting and standardizing processes.
