This role will be responsible for providing the necessary support to customers when faced with issues that require assistance. Responsibilities and Functions: Place replacement/exchange/RMA orders. Perform verification of product and/or service installations. Troubleshoot GPS problems. Attend to ELD questions and troubleshooting. Address software questions. Attend to invoice and general account inquiries. Perform deactivation of accounts and units and other functions as determined by the employer, in accordance with the regulations in force and the nature and hierarchical position of the role.
