Job Description: Client Intake Specialist We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Client Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth and professional experience as they engage with our services. You will handle inquiries, gather necessary client information, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, answering phone calls, emails, and messages.Gather client details and input them into our CRM or database system accurately.Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are received.Explain services and processes clearly in both English and Spanish.Work closely with the team to coordinate client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations.Permanent work from home.Immediate hiring.Steady freelance job.
