Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 4pm Springfield, OR Time Key Responsibilities : Reconcile Accounts : Perform detailed reconciliation of bank and credit card statements, ensuring all historical transactions are accounted for and accurate.
Transaction Research : Investigate and resolve discrepancies by locating and verifying past transactions as needed.
Data Entry : Accurately input historical vendor invoices, deposits, and other financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop.
Deposit Matching : Verify and match deposits in QuickBooks Desktop to ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting.
Vendor Invoice Management : Review and enter vendor invoices, ensuring all payments are logged correctly.
Financial Data Accuracy : Ensure all records are up-to-date and reflect accurate financial data.
Qualifications : Experience : Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with extensive work in QuickBooks Desktop.
QuickBooks Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, including reconciliation, transaction matching, and general data entry.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry and reconciliation.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage and process a large volume of historical transactions effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
