Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments for potential car buyers, ensuring that each customer is properly guided through the sales process.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers and help drive the success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities: Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage CRM and schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers Customer Interaction: Contact leads via phone, email, or text to schedule appointments for vehicle test drives and other dealership-related needs Lead Outreach: Review lead account details and reach out based on customer needs, ensuring the appointment aligns with specific requirements and preferences Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or messages for lead outreach, to confirm appointments and remind customers about scheduled visits Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and offering assistance as needed CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain lead information and appointment details in the dealership's CRM system Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and follow-through for scheduled appointments Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals and CRM productivity goals Requirements equirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup Availability to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Professional phone etiquette Basic understanding of sales processes Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Data entry accuracy Adaptability to changing priorities Benefits strong commissions
