Job Description This is a remote position.
Full-time (40 hours a week) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (includes 1 hr unpaid break) EST As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our client's real estate operations, managing critical back-office functions that directly impact agent success.
You'll leverage your Spanish and English language skills to enhance communication, streamline data management, and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Handle bilingual communications, crafting professional emails and messages in Spanish and English Perform meticulous data entry, focusing on agent profile updates and client information management Execute targeted marketing campaigns using tools like ListReports to support agent growth Monitor and maintain effective client relationships through proactive CRM management Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements Assist in developing and maintaining efficient administrative workflows Participate in team meetings, contributing insights for business enhancement Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in CRM management and data entry, with a keen eye for detail Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems Experience in customer service or administrative support roles Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required) Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in CRM management and data entry, with a keen eye for detail Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems Experience in customer service or administrative support roles Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required) Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
