Job Title:   Administrative Assistant What We Offer: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Flexible days and hours but just be on within the window of 7am to 7pm Alpharetta, GA Time (7 PM to 7 AM Manila Time) Opportunities for professional development and training A supportive team environment focused on growth and learning Job Overview: We are a dynamic startup seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented   Administrative Assistant   to join our team.
The ideal candidate has basic bookkeeping knowledge and is eager to grow in their career.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position and willing to learn new skills, including advanced software and accounting practices.
We are committed to providing training to help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties (scheduling, data entry, client communication) Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation) Support financial record maintenance and basic payroll activities Collaborate with the team on improving administrative and bookkeeping processes Learn and adapt to new software and accounting procedures as required Other tasks assigned as needed Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow with a startup Commitment to long-term employment QuickBooks experience Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_17180_JOB
