Role Purpose: The Bid Coordinator is an integral part of our growing Global Pre Sales team. You are responsible for working internally with different teams and occasionally with external prospective clients. You will need to provide a technical and functional write-up for our suite of KYX platforms. The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the "go-to" contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions, and you will be required to collaborate with internal teams, for example (and not limited to) HR, Security, Product, and Finance to provide the best responses for the business. Role Value: The Bid Coordinator plays a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses. Your performance will have a direct impact on the overall Sales and Account Management teams' effectiveness in responding to an RFI / RFP.
