Job Description This role is responsible for leading integrated communication efforts across the full spectrum of Visa's LAC region benefit programs, collaborating closely with other program managers and internal and external communication partners. Specific responsibilities include ongoing updates to the online benefits portal, annual benefit policy renewals, coordinating on-site events, and managing relationships with internal and external communication partners. Primary Responsibilities: On-going management of benefit programs, including utilization review, tracking actual spend vs. budget, ongoing program communications, resolution of escalated issues, and vendor management. Continuously evaluate benefit programs and develop proposals for enhancements while working with leadership on the strategy and design. Create reporting and measurement strategy and materials for leadership reporting. Keep current with industry trends and areas of importance in the benefits arena, researching trends, best practices, and cost and financial impact. Lead program enhancement initiatives - develop project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, develop communications, and manage on-time deliverables. Management of Visa's plans renewals. Management of Visa's LAC Region online benefits portal to ensure content is continuously updated. Organize onsite benefits events in major LAC locations. Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines. Coordinate internal resources to accomplish strategic objectives. Proactively identify operational opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and efficiency. Perform ongoing proactive operational reviews. Provide leadership and communication, responsible for escalating to department management when issues arise that might jeopardize problem resolution. Develop communication materials that tell the complete story of Visa's LAC benefits, working closely with other benefit program managers and corporate communications. Work effectively with internal resources including employee relations, People Team shared services, legal, finance, sourcing, and payroll. Responsible for benefit plan compliance, including federal, state, and local requirements and supporting internal and external audits. Develop and conduct benefit plan training for People Teams. Respond to escalated employee issues. Five+ years Benefits Program Manager experience in LATAM Region. Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus. Knowledge of benefit funding, budgeting, tracking, analysis, and reconciliation. Proficiency with TEAMs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with benefits administration systems and Workday. Strong project management, innovation, and critical thinking skills. Results oriented, with a high degree of flexibility and attention to detail. Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with ability to work independently.
