As a BDR Representative Support, you will negotiate and look for new potential clients. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Make outbound calls to create new relationships with possible prospects. Drive sales efforts and initiatives and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team. Provide excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients. Handle everything related to lead generation, lead qualification, conducting research, and setting up meetings with potential clients. Cold calling to set up demos for the sales director. Work sales campaigns with Hubspot CRM and reach out to prospects. Create new relationships and find possibilities for companies looking to change their TMS. Requirements: What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Teamwork. Negotiation skills. Meet or exceed weekly sales goals. Minimum requirements: Studies: High School Degree. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling. Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
