DISPONIBLE EN: MEDELLIN Y BARRANQUILLA SEMIBILINGUE Support the department gathering and analyzing information from the GL, Master tax, and V ficcient, and company systems. He / She will utilize significant part of their time reconciling Payroll Tax Reconciliation Accounts. Responsibilities: Create proposal of journal entries. Review and analyze the different systems about payroll Taxes payments. Complete Payroll tax reconciliations of each entity assigned. Work with other departments in order to collect information required. Report to client pending transaction. Report to PTR Leader, daily status of duties and responsibilities. Assist with preparation and responses for audits. Update and maintain policies & procedure documentation. Assist Accounting Manager and BR Leader with day-to-day assignments. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications - Hard and Soft Skills: Minimum Qualifications: A technical degree in accounting (or equivalent experience). 0 – 1 Year Experience in corporate accounting. Excellent computer skills a must! Excel skills including fluent with Pivot Tables and formulas, Word, and E-mail. English as a second language is required. Possibilities to modify work schedule is a plus. Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information. Ability to maintain confidentiality. A high standard of integrity and sound business ethics. Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail. Demonstrates excellence in work standards; is tenacious in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties.
