Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM Aurora, OH Time With 1 hour unpaid break Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with leads, and ensuring effective use of HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing the client's products and services, and securing appointments or meetings.
Email Campaigns: Develop and send personalized email outreach to prospects, highlighting our offerings and addressing their needs.
Lead Validation: Research and validate lead contact information to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness in outreach campaigns.
HubSpot Management: Create and implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for using HubSpot CRM effectively to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, follow up with potential clients, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Reporting & Analytics: Track sales activities, update CRM records, and provide regular reports on sales progress, lead generation, and outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure the smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel and enhance customer experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, the client's products, and competitor offerings to better address client needs.
Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology-related industries.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to make effective cold calls and craft persuasive email communications.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and meeting targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
