Sales Specialist (B2B) As a member of our inside sales team, you'll proactively call on both new and existing customers in order to uncover their business challenges, compliance concerns/issues, process inefficiencies, pain points, etc. and partner with them to determine win-win solutions. We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into working groups and similar challenging projects for our clients also in the financial sector, both public and private (banks, insurance, etc.). Academic/training requirements: Minimum academic training: Completed university, or training equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher. Primary area of professional training: Accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field Languages: Spanish & English B2/C1 Minimum 4 years of performance in a similar role Specific knowledge required: Business to Business sales (B2B) Inside sales (prospecting, upselling, managing existing customers, closing new business) Full sales cycles in highly complex accounts Communications skills and sales techniques Intermediate computer skills; CRMs, ERPs or similar tools. MS Office Responsibilities/tasks to be executed according to the final role: Generate leads and new business opportunities. Cold calls and solicitations. Actively using our system to manage and grow your sales pipeline Work with a cross-functional team to achieve success Travel occasionally for training and/or meetings Collaboration scheme Type of contract: Direct hiring Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Modality: This is a Hybrid position (3 days WFH), to be eligible candidates must be residing in Colombia, specifically Bogotá and Medellin.
