This is a remote position.
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible to client's hours of operation to offices they are calling on (Jupiter, FL Time), 20 hours per week Job Description: The Outbound Sales Agent is a dynamic and target-driven individual responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with the company's products or services.
This role is highly commission-driven, rewarding agents for their sales prowess and ability to convert leads into customers.
While basic salaries may be provided, they often reflect the agent's industry experience and expertise.
Responsibilities: Calling on private practice doctors to qualify and set billing office managers or doctors (or decision makers) to a discovery meeting with the team and law firm.
For any sets booked, it will be the setters' responsibility to follow up and make sure they show.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
Requirements Strong B2B experience is a must Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
