Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused B2B Customer Success and Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist customers with onboarding, manage phone calls and emails, and maintain customer records in Zoho CRM.
This role will also support outbound outreach and lead generation efforts using automated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding: Help customers learn and demo the SaaS product, providing assistance throughout the onboarding process.
Customer Support: Manage phone calls and emails from customers and potential customers, addressing their concerns and providing product information.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in Zoho CRM, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Outbound Campaigns: Assist in building and managing automated outbound campaigns to reach qualified leads.
Lead Generation Support: Provide additional support for sales, project management, and lead generation activities as needed.
Qualifications: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience using Zoho, CRMs (SalesIQ, Sites, Desk, etc.)
is preferred.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience in sales support, project management, or lead generation.
Familiarity with building automated outreach campaigns.
