Your main responsibilities will focus on providing technical support and translating customer requirements into customized solutions to meet their needs, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, defining margins in alignment with sales and delivery teams, drafting statements of work, and crafting a repository of solution materials. What we need to see from you Profile: Professional background in systems engineering, administrative or related fields. With technical experience in cloud solutions especially with Azure. Additional experience in providing technical mentorship and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle (Presales). Required Skills: Knowledge and experience in technical support of Microsoft Azure solutions, identifying customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales efficiency tools, with specific experience in selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, focusing on selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Skills to provide technical mentorship and address customer technical questions throughout the sales cycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisions related to Microsoft Azure.
