Sr Sales Analytics & Insights Lead The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales. About the Role The Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team is looking for a Sales Analytics & Insights Lead to understand customer trends and uncover new market opportunities. We leverage large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Our goal is to create metrics and measure success of programs, build automated mechanisms for internal planning, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers in their journey to the cloud. You should apply if you are passionate about data analysis, extracting and manipulating data using SQL and AWS native tools to build for scalability and conduct analysis. You will have strong communication and project management skills to work with key stakeholders and business partners, understand requirements, and deliver analytics products. You should also be able to demonstrate analytical thinking, business acumen, and a knack for working backwards from the customer's needs in a cross-functional environment. We are a "build once, use many" product and insights team! This position is open to candidates residing near AWS Latin American Hubs of Bogota, Columbia, and Sao Paolo, Brazil. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
