DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Installing and testing new equipment and facilitiesDemonstrating advanced crimping expertise with various connectors, including BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, and XLRPossessing strong knowledge of hardware for AV broadcasting and IT networking, including setting up and configuring star networks to ensure seamless device communicationUnderstanding the functionality and purpose of scalers and matrix systemsSetting up and maintaining equipment for virtual studio productionsEstablishing and monitoring audio-visual links between different unitsAnalyzing and troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and systemsMinimizing service downtime by quickly identifying and implementing alternative service solutions during equipment failuresSetting up and operating equipment and transmission links for outside broadcastsDesigning and installing custom audio-visual circuits tailored to specific needsDesigning and building hardware systemsPromoting and adhering to best practices in workplace health and safetyInterpreting and executing instructions from product owners, creative directors, and colleaguesCollaborating effectively with team members and other staff membersStaying informed on industry trends and technological advancements by cultivating a professional network and exploring new systems and techniquesREQUIREMENTS : Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spokenIn-depth understanding of key photography concepts such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and camera lensesStrong technical expertise with cameras and camera equipmentHands-on experience in electronic engineering and using communication devicesProficient in operating video cameras with advanced skillsExpertise in using production video switchersExperience with live chroma keying (green screen) for video productionStrong knowledge of SDI (Serial Digital Interface) systems and infrastructureExcellent IT skills and experience in project managementAbility to work effectively and collaboratively within a teamStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues creativelyExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with colleagues and clientsBENEFITS : Competitive Salary with bonus opportunities based on performancePaid Training to familiarise with the company's high standards and proceduresPrivate Health Insurance for comprehensive medical coverageOpportunities to advance within a global tech company
