As a Sales Consultant, you're one of the most important team members atNorm Reeves Honda in West Covina.
You're a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience.
You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in-store.
We're looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition.

What You'll Do: Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potentialCommunicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online and in-person)Proactively learn about all dealership products and services availableAssist guests in selecting a new/used vehicleUnderstand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transactionDrive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every dayWhat You'll Need: Full-time availability.
