Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Specialist to enhance our data management, reporting, and automation functions.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, creating automation workflows, and managing data pipelines.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data visualization, automation tools, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities: Dashboard & Reporting Development: Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide real-time insights.
Develop custom visualizations that accurately represent data and enhance decision-making.
Automation & Data Manipulation: Create automated workflows in Excel and use tools like VBA, Google Apps Script, or Python for data manipulation and reporting.
Implement process improvements through automation, reducing manual data handling time.
Data Integration & Pipeline Management: Set up and manage data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms, performing regular checks and updates as necessary.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA and Google Apps Script; familiarity with Python for automation is a plus.
Experience managing data pipelines and integrating data from diverse sources.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with data integration tools (ETL tools).
Previous experience automating workflows in a similar industry or with a global team.
Familiarity with other automation and data visualization tools that could enhance efficiency.
