Duties and Responsibilities: Create detailed drawings and plans based on specifications and sketches provided by engineers and architects.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to prepare accurate drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Review drawings for completeness and accuracy, making revisions as necessary.
Assist in preparing drawing packages for client presentations and approvals.
Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and design changes.
Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting for construction projects, particularly in MEP, structural, or solar fields.
Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and drafting standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
