The Junior Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Procurement & General Accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Support all global activities related to procurement accounting including GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) activities, procurement accruals and general accounting activities. Responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all the General process flows for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Responsible for overseeing Local Travel and Expense Administration and standardization of the process to follow global taxonomy. Responsible for the analysis of Balance Sheet accounts assigned and timely resolution of open items. Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team. Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies. Compliance: Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership. Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance. At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and General Accounting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies. Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines. Desired Qualifications Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools. Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferable.
