Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in providing end-user support for our internal toolset.
The ideal candidate will possess specialized product administration knowledge of Atlassian products and will be instrumental in supporting our team ways-of-working transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the internal toolset.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian suite.
Support cloud migrations and design custom workflow solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Atlassian tools into software engineering processes.
Train and mentor junior associates to build internal expertise.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in cloud migrations and custom workflow design is a plus.
Previous help desk or technical support experience preferred.
High English level
