Provide assurance reporting and analysis of data and trends to support business requirements, with a focus on safety and quality. Use their background in HSS/Assurance to deliver deep insights from data reported via the assurance system. Work directly with stakeholders to develop an understanding on existing projects and activities to identify opportunities for trending of project data as well as provide meaningful insights to foster and support safety culture, behaviors and engagement. Provide some system management for internal stakeholders, and support the business to maximize the system's utilization.
Responsibilities Generate reporting that supports leaders to better meet governance obligations, inform business decision making and enhance performance objectives with a focus on field activities and trends. Produce analysis of reports that identifies trends and changes and delivers narrative on why these have occurred. Supports analysis with further information, training, education, awareness campaigns to help the business improve performance. Develop and generate self-service visual reports and dashboards in data analytics tools like Power BI. Collaborate with other administrators to provide a global support service for the assurance system. Collaborate with the assurance system provider to develop solutions that will optimize the collection and display of data in alignment with field projects' needs and capabilities. Keep abreast of business changes through developing relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a part of their team. Undertake procedures for detection and correction of data-quality issues and monitor internal controls to maintain the quality of assurance data. Work to support increased automation and digitalization in business and interface regularly with relevant digital and data teams to drive innovative practices and determine impacts to Assurance associated with future automation plans.
