Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities• Knowledge of Prod. Process & Manufacturing technology relevant to the industry
• Conduct Supplier Audits & assessment to ensure compliance with Quality requirement.
• Establish Quality Control procedure and Standard for Incoming Materials & Components.
• Address & resolve any Quality Issue or Non-Conformance with Suppliers
• Implement Corrective & Prevention Action (CAPA) to addressing recurring Issues.
• Implement Continuous Improvement initiative to enhance Supplier Performance.
• Maintain detailed records of Supplier Evaluation, Inspection & Quality Issues.
• Basic Knowledge of ISO9001, SPC, FMEA & Other Quality Tools.
• Ensure smooth function of Production due to respective Parts/ Suppliers
