Position Overview: The Associate Tender Analyst will report to the Senior Tender Administration Supervisor. In this role, you will identify, prepare, and follow up on bidding processes in Colombia and support Ecuador. The position is based in Colombia, working on a hybrid model. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide coordination and guidance to the commercial team and all business units involved in the bids administration process. Prepare and manage material pricing for each offer, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and execute tenders and be responsible for the legalization of public and private contracts. Application and formalization of guarantees. Ensure compliance with local policies and legislation. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in presentation of offers and tenders, or a similar role. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
