Impact the Bottom Line: Drive the performance of a team of Consultants, meeting and exceeding all KPI targets.Strengthen Relationships: Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.Influence the Lives of Others: Coach and mentor Consultants, providing feedback and performance management.Keep Management Updated: Inform leadership on the latest trends of end-user customers and provide feedback to Ops Managers.Define Sutherland's Reputation: Drive organizational initiatives within the team from time to time. Qualifications:6 months tenure & without any disciplinary actions.Strong analytical skills.English proficiency B2 is a must.Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communications skills.Pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.Advanced-level knowledge of MS Office suite.Able to interpret data, identify trends, reporting and making suggestions for improvements.Demonstrated leadership skills.Knowledge on Talent Management, compensation and rewards (desirable).Able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.Basic technical understanding:Computer hardware or software,Storage, RAID,Networking, NAS,Authentication, Encryption, Cloud (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure),Windows/ Linux.Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports.Proven capability in coaching, performance management, escalation handling, etc., as part of team management.
