Job Description Associate Manager Human Resources / Associate HRBP Manager in this role get to: Partner with the with the Business & Functional stakeholders , specially with the HRBPs to create, develop and manage HR projects related to business needs, such as attrition, TMU, among others. Drive operational excellence in key HR practices and lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding. Formulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction and engagement. Identify professional and holistic development training opportunities and organize training initiatives to address them. Provide career counseling. Reward strategy : Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy Employee relations : Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment Reporting and analytics : Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs Own due process related to disciplinary actions triggered by attendance, performance, behavior and company policy violation. This includes notice to explain issuance, preliminary investigation, facilitation of admin hearing, and delivery of notice of decision. Manage disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in BPO, Shared Services Center environments. Clear interest in making a career in the HR world English proficiency (B2 or above). Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses. Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. Capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is critical. Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential. 6+ months tenure in current role and no disciplinary actions the last 6 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
