Job Description Your role As a consulting associate, you are expected to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following: Able to identify key issues on assignments and suggest solutions Proficient in conducting studies and research necessary for assignments including, but not limited to, corporate finance, taxation, commercial laws, and regulations Display a high level of business acumen and understanding of the startup ecosystem Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams Contribute proactively to administrative functions within the firm such as recruitment, thought leadership, business development, and supporting other business units within the firm Establish domain expertise in our current practice domains or potential new practice domains within the verticals of our consulting practice Compensation package Consulting associates are offered a highly competitive compensation package which includes the following baseline benefits: Salary ranging from Php25,000 to Php50,000 per month (Fresh graduates between Php25,000 to Php35,000 and experienced graduates Php30,000 to Php50,000) Discretionary bonus scheme Bi-annual salary appraisals Other benefits will be offered depending on the interview process. Preferred Experience Qualifications (Minimum) Strong quantitative and/or financial background Intermediate spreadsheet skills (e.g., creating financial projections, data cleansing and manipulation, data visualization) Ability to communicate in oral and written English Qualifications (Desired) Up to three years of working experience in similar roles Ability to identify and build your own network of leads for UpSmart Visual taste in creating client presentations and deliverables #J-18808-Ljbffr
