Associate Finance (Ptp)

Analyze, record, and verify all accounting records related to the account payable to the supplier and generate the corresponding reports in order to demonstrate efficiency in the processes and quality in the information delivered to the BPs.

Creation of ID in SAT of costsCreation of Prelog in SAT of ExpensesRegister and send cash paymentsRegistering costs in CWInvoice approvals in COUPAClosing modules in JBA for AP menuGeneration of daily and monthly reports related to the processes.Support the country with the different requests related to the PTP process aligned in SM.Support at discretion in activities as your TL arranges.Skills / Requirements:


Students/Professionals in fields such as public accounting, finance, business administration, or financial management.A minimum of one year of experience managing accounts payable processes.Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.Customer service and communication skills.Teamwork and autonomy.Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.Performance bonus up to 16% of salary ($296,084 Max)
