Associate Engineer, Remote Support Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid Schedule). Your Responsibilities: Provide remote technical support to customers by phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Resolve technical issues related to Rockwell Automation products. Collaborate with the Global Remote Support team, customers, and coworkers in multiple settings and complex issues. Document and record all interactions and solutions in the ticket management system. Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of applications. Continuous learning in Rockwell Automation products and technologies. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or related field. At least 6 months engineering and/or field/remote support experience. Experience or knowledge with Rockwell Automation Products: Powerflex Drives, Motion, Automation, and industrial components. Advanced English level. Availability to work rotating shifts according to the operation. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Knowledge or experience in the field of industrial automation and instrumentation. Customer service experience. Experience or knowledge in Rockwell Automation products such as: FactoryTalk View SE, FactoryTalk View ME, Industrial Networks (ControlNet, Ethernet, DeviceNet, Modbus or DH+), Large and Small Controllers, Remote I/O or Panelviews.
