As an Associate, Customer Value Analyst you will support Coupa's fast-growing global Value Services team with customer value realization tracking and reporting, operational processes, and data governance. In this key role, you will be a go-to resource for data questions, collaborating across the Value Services organization with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate can dive deep on data analysis, communicate complex data concepts clearly, and quickly gain a strong understanding of the business behind the numbers. This requires data analysis skills, problem solving, and a strong bias for action. What you will do: Support the Customer Value Management team on preparing, updating and releasing the customer realization analysis Develop and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor for data quality issues Establish data management processes where needed to improve data quality Manage key operational renewal programs, including renewal forecast, KPI's and renewal analysis Support data analysis activities with an emphasis on data quality Assist ad-hoc reporting requests Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and execute on process and data improvement projects What you will bring to Coupa: 3-4 years of experience and proven capabilities in the data domain with a strong business and/or technical background in the areas of Business Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance Foundational knowledge and exposure to the following master data concepts: data cleansing & standardization process, data integration & data enrichment Experience managing projects Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization Great attention to detail Proactive, operational orientation BA/BS degree MBA or other relevant master's degree a plus At Coupa, we're building a great company that is laser-focused on three core values: ensuring customer success with an obsessive and unwavering commitment to making customers successful, focusing on results with a relentless focus on delivering results through innovation and having a bias for action, and striving for excellence with our commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.
