This role is in the organization to lead as an architect, influencer, and manager within CM's cutting- edge creative automation team.The core expectation of this role is to work alongside Executive Creative Engineering Director to lead as an architect, influencer, and manager within our cutting-edge creative automation team. This role will direct a team of designers to format and build complex creative frameworks to enabled at scale production of content for our global clients.
You will: Lead, mentor and grow the Production Design team toward quality, consistency, andexcellence by understanding skill sets and personalities of team members to find areasfor opportunity and ensure projects are cast with the best talentLead from a production POV, DCO efforts that span from display all the way intovideoCollaborate with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life with best practices andbrand standards being top of mindCollaborate with other discipline team leads to coordinate requirements and needs
within the systemYou have: Advanced English Proficiency (C1).8+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.Excellent experience in high-velocity production studio or digital design production
shop and understanding of the agency modelAdvanced proficiencies within Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,with practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite's ecosystem of content creationsoftware.Experience in DCO frameworksExperience in high-scale output and design and a proven track record driving new initiatives through an organizationExperience with content at scale technologiesAbility to:Partner with creative, account, strategy, and media teams to influence test-and-learn approaches and anticipate how creative can be evolved for the betterBuild and mentor highly productive teamsThrive in a dynamic, fluid, and ever-changing environment.
