This role is in the organization to lead as an architect, influencer, and manager within CMs cutting-edge creative automation team. The core expectation of this role is to work alongside the Executive Creative Engineering Director to lead as an architect, influencer, and manager within our cutting-edge creative automation team. This role will direct a team of designers to format and build complex creative frameworks to enable at-scale production of content for our global clients. You will: Lead, mentor and grow the Production Design team toward quality, consistency, and excellence by understanding skill sets and personalities of team members to find areas for opportunity and ensure projects are cast with the best talent. Lead from a production POV, DCO efforts that span from display all the way into video. Collaborate with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life with best practices and brand standards being top of mind. Collaborate with other discipline team leads to coordinate requirements and needs within the system. You have: Advanced English Proficiency (C1). 8+ years experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups. Excellent experience in a high-velocity production studio or digital design production shop and understanding of the agency model. Advanced proficiencies within Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites ecosystem of content creation software. Experience in DCO frameworks. Experience in high-scale output and design and a proven track record driving new initiatives through an organization. Experience with content at scale technologies. Ability to: Partner with creative, account, strategy, and media teams to influence test-and-learn approaches and anticipate how creative can be evolved for the better.
