The core expectation of this role is to work alongside Executive Creative Engineering Director to lead as an architect, influencer, and manager within our cutting-edge creative automation team. This role will direct a team of designers to format and build complex creative frameworks to enabled at scale production of content for our global clients. You will: Lead, mentor and grow the Production Design team toward quality, consistency, and excellence by understanding skill sets and personalities of team members to find areas for opportunity and ensure projects are cast with the best talentLead from a production POV, DCO efforts that span from display all the way into videoCollaborate with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life with best practices and brand standards being top of mindCollaborate with other discipline team leads to coordinate requirements and needswithin the system You have: Advanced English Proficiency (C1).8+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.Excellent experience in high-velocity production studio or digital design productionshop and understanding of the agency modelAdvanced proficiencies within Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites ecosystem of content creation software.
