About the Role As an Associate Creative Director , you'll harness your creative mastery to lead and inspire your team in crafting compelling, high-level copy. You'll engage audiences across diverse platforms, ensuring the company's voice and standards resonate throughout. Responsibilities Conceptualize and craft high-level copy while maintaining the company's voice and standards. Ideate and brainstorm new themes and promotions to drive user engagement and sweepstakes entries. Write and strategize for various platforms, including emails (approx. 3-4 new email copy decks per week), landing pages, subject lines, modules, site copy, and testing protocols. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing exceptional organizational skills. Collaborate closely with designers, creative leaders, marketing, contest, and legal teams. Participate in project review meetings and negotiate creative solutions within legal and contest guidelines. Handle weekly production work, ensuring creative assets are updated with new themes, sweepstakes, and dates. Proofread materials meticulously, adhering to a specific checklist. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Figma. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Flexibility to prioritize and manage unexpected new projects. English (B2) level proficiency.
