About the Role As an Associate Creative Director, you'll harnessyour creative mastery to lead and inspire your team in craftingcompelling, high-level copy.
You'll engage audiences across diverseplatforms, ensuring the company's voice and standards resonatethroughout. Responsibilities - Conceptualize and craft high-levelcopy while maintaining the company's voice and standards.
Ideateand brainstorm new themes and promotions to drive user engagementand sweepstakes entries. - Write and strategize for variousplatforms, including emails (approx.
3-4 new email copy decks perweek), landing pages, subject lines, modules, site copy, andtesting protocols. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously,showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
- Collaborate closelywith designers, creative leaders, marketing, contest, and legalteams. - Participate in project review meetings and negotiatecreative solutions within legal and contest guidelines.
- Handleweekly production work, ensuring creative assets are updated withnew themes, sweepstakes, and dates. - Proofread materialsmeticulously, adhering to a specific checklist.
- Other duties asassigned. Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of relevant workexperience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AdobeDreamweaver, and Figma.
- Ability to work collaboratively in afast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
