Associate Content and Social Developer - Colombia remote
The Associate Content & Social Developer is responsible for creating and managing strategic social media marketing campaigns for clients. This role involves executing, producing, and managing tasks for assigned clients, acting as both a copywriter and strategist in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Senior Content Strategist within the Customer Success business unit, the Associate Content & Social Developer plays a vital role in contributing to the success of Scorpion and its clients by developing strategic content.
Requirements
Execution and Production:
- Set up, manage, and quality check your list of clients in your content & social queue.
- Complete content & social package deliverables as needed for clients outside of the queue.
- Deliver completed client work on time.
Copyright:
- Edit and write unique content per client, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Follow quality control guidelines.
- Utilize valuable, applicable SEO best practices to create, optimize, and edit content as necessary.
- Meet with Social Strategists monthly to drive awareness of plans to focus on in the content & social queue, ensuring alignment with client strategies.
- Complete reactive and supplemental work as needed on a client-by-client basis.
Task Management:
- Update internal spreadsheets, documents, and CSX queue where applicable to track client deadlines.
- Maintain intermediate knowledge of assigned vertical industry and content & social marketing best practices.
Internal Support:
- Respond to internal inquiries within 24 hours.
- Prepare for and participate in strategy calls with Social Strategists.
- Collaborate primarily with other Content Strategists, Social Strategists,
Lead Content Strategists, Account Managers, and clients.
- Develop client deliverables while taking direction from Social Strategists, clients, and Account Managers.
- Attend all Content & Social team meetings, individual vertical team meetings, and 1:1s with your Lead/Director.
- Answer client inquiries by the end of the business day.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of content & social marketing best practices and relevant industry verticals.
- Strong task management skills to keep track of client deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to respond to internal inquiries and participate in strategy calls.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to deliver client work on time and maintain high client satisfaction.
