Conduct company-side restructuring, including building cash flow forecasts. Manage liquidity, including understanding the impact of risk, P&L, asset efficiency, and performance improvement processes. Develop financial models to assess long-term company viability and apply valuation methods in a restructuring context. Perfil buscado (h/m)5-8 years in a Financial Advisory role, ideally with a Restructuring background. Experience analyzing financial statements and developing financial models. BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or other analytical fields. Advanced foundation in Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise and aptitude to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses. Foundational understanding of Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, operational and financial restructuring, debtor and creditor preferred. Strong grasp of how to analyze financial statements with the ability to design, build, and use financial models. Ability to work well against deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think through alternative solutions. Strong communication and business writing skills. Fluent business level English and Spanish are essential.
