Shift Times

- Working from 2 pm to 11 pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am to 7 pm on Fridays.
- Required to work during Colombian holidays, Australian holidays will be off.

Working Conditions

- Work from Home though required to work in Head Office one day per week. Transport allowance is provided.
- Must be based near Usaquén - Bogota.

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant committed to embracing the role as a long-term career, forming an indispensable partnership with our Chief Growth Officer.

It's a big role, and we need someone who has the ability to ramp up quickly when it comes to new information and learning new things. Therefore, we're looking for someone with deep career ambitions as an assistant to the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer and someone who truly believes in the value of this role as their calling.

About you

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communicator – both verbal and written. Don't be afraid to ask the big (and small!) questions when you're unsure.
- Have a curious mind. Not to blow our own horns, but we do some pretty cool stuff and we want people who'll be as excited about it as we are!

- Speak up – think something could be done better? Say so! We love a proactive problem solver.
- And then your regular EA stuff that almost goes without saying: resilience, positive attitude, self-starter, ability to operate with discretion when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information, etc. You know the drill.

Knowledge

- Advanced MS Office and general tech wizard.
- Composing letters and general correspondence.
- Understand the demands of working with senior executives who at times are under extreme pressure.
- Ability to manage up.
