Assist manager in planning and managing section in own initiative; coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain section's operation. Assist manager in planning and managing section in own initiative; coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain section's operation. To assist manager in managing a variety of statistical data, analyses, develops planning studies before compiling proposals & performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner in support of new and updated plans, requirements, targets, and regulations. To assist in managing and executing proposals for business opportunities and risks included in future business planning. To plan, execute the section's target and report the section's progress, quarterly section tree plan, and yearly target achievement. To liaise and coordinate among and across departments/divisions/business units/GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and action as appropriate. Assist manager in managing budget and manpower resources according to the needs of the organization. To manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target process; establish and update organic growth targets setting minimum business expectations; assess monthly plan against targets, objectives and lead-year indication; provide summary and analysis report. To plan and carry out cost-effectiveness in the section and ensure the expenses and investments meet the budget allocated. To coach subordinates to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section. To lead the section to determine the best course of action in situations where a disaster or unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations of Sales and Production targets. To lead the section to prioritize how to maximize performance by enhancing the ability of the organization and minimizing losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval. To lead the section in organizing administrative tasks within the section, including maintaining records. To check section's operation & subordinate compliance with BSH/government-related rules & regulations. To handle all workplace disciplinary issues of subordinates effectively. Undertake and perform any project, task, and duties that are assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
