Role Summary: Massive Bio is in search of a proactive and highly skilled Assistant Director, Clinical Operations to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This pivotal role involves meticulous oversight of patient case management for clinical trial suitability and optimized patient care paths. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in oncology/hematology, clinical trials, and will spearhead efforts to automate and enhance these processes in alignment with our Growth and Product Teams. Responsibilities: Clinical Oversight: Conduct in-depth reviews of patient medical records to identify and match clinical trials, creating tailored enrollment pathways. Strategic Leadership: Lead and expand the clinical operations team, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and training in line with Massive Bio's standards. Innovation and Automation: Collaborate with the Product and Growth teams to enhance clinical trial matching processes using advanced data analytics and AI technologies. Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate patient data management within HubSpot/CTMS and oversee the automation of clinical trial matching. Global Collaboration: Work flexibly across our international hubs in the US and Turkey, contributing to global strategy and ensuring consistent practice standards. Performance Metrics: Analyze and improve key performance indicators, focusing on enhancing patient referral, prescreening, and enrollment processes. Requirements: Education and Experience: MD or equivalent, specializing in Oncology or Internal Medicine with substantial experience in clinical trials and patient care. Technical Proficiency: Advanced capability in utilizing data and software tools to streamline and automate clinical operations. Leadership: Proven ability in team leadership, with a focus on recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team. Communication: Fluency in English, with exemplary communication skills for effective interaction across diverse international teams. Adaptability: Available to work extended hours and travel internationally as required, demonstrating commitment and flexibility.
