- Receive Cross Reference and Final audit, review, or compilation reports from administrative staff;
- Review & quality check both reports, making notes on any discrepancies found;
- Send report back to administrative staff with notes;
- Possess a sufficient degree of understanding of related firm policies and procedures to advise company employees.

- Have excellent communication skills;
- Punctual;
- Able to perform tasks with ease and professionalism;
- Able to follow instructions, and read, write and communicate clearly in English ;
- Able to perform tasks with close attention to detail;
- Must have the ability to understand the importance of role and the effect on the firm;

- Possession of high school diploma or equivalent (GED);
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software : Excel, Word and Outlook;
- One year of experience in clerical work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
