The Essentials of Your New Role: Be part of our client's team as an Asset Management Associate , where you'll monitor, track, and report on property cash flows, forecast operating results, and prepare financial updates for investors.
This dynamic role demands strategic thinking and keen attention to financial detail, ensuring each property maximizes value.
Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (flexible hours) Work Setup: 100% Remote What You'll Master (Your Day-to-Day): Monitor and track property cash flows, including forecasting and analysis.
Prepare detailed cash flow projections for existing properties.
Track property operating results against forecasted cash flow and provide regular updates.
Prepare financial performance reports for management and investors.
Report to investors on property performance and provide financial updates.
Create presentations and materials for investor meetings.
Prepare and coordinate the annual budget, including projections.
Collaborate with property managers and owners to gather data and insights for budgeting.
Maintain and update budget templates, covering market leasing assumptions, operating expenses, and capital budgets.
Compare current budgets to historical periods and prepare presentation materials for management review.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and market data.
Prepare market research reports and analysis for management and investors.
Respond to partner requests for financial analyses.
Provide research and analysis as needed to support decision-making.
Work closely with an Asset Management Analyst to prepare materials and analysis.
Liaise between on-site property teams and corporate teams (e.g., revenue, accounting, investments).
Foster a flexible, dynamic, and team-oriented work culture.
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
