Job Description We are seeking our next Asset Deployment Lead . The core of this role is to lead and provide data entry support to the client and internal assets. This role is the connective tissue between departments, agency partners, and clients, requiring solid organization and accuracy. The Asset Deployment Lead will have exposure to projects from start to finish and the opportunity to view raw files through their evolution to the final product, in addition to efficiently managing personnel to address inquiries or requests. The responsibilities include managing the verification and delivery of product eContent and assets across various eRetailers, ensuring that content meets quality standards and feasibility checks. This involves analyzing the technical specifications and capabilities of eRetailers to secure optimal positioning for brands and products. Additionally, the role supports qualitative and quantitative audits in a multimarket eRetailer environment and contributes to running and analyzing data reports from commerce automation tools. The Asset Deployment Lead will also support the delivery and ongoing management of campaigns and content, including naming conventions, to Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, as well as eRetailer platforms. Key Functional Responsibilities: Librarianship: Acquiring, organizing, and locating collections and publishing digital assets in the client PIM/DAM libraries and servicing each team with these resources. Manage Assets: Review format files, compile and gather information for each asset (usage rights, approvals, retouches, etc.), place the correct naming convention on files, fill a metadata tracker to send the assets on the DAM platform, and close and/or report any delay with the project or any asset-related issues. Metadata verification/creation: Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent metadata for an asset by reviewing and inputting relevant information. Asset Naming: Assign clear and consistent names to digital files for easy identification and organization. Taxonomies: Organizing large volumes of information, improving search and retrieval, facilitating knowledge management, and promoting consistency in content organization and navigation. Usage Rights Understanding: Basic knowledge of different types of Usage Rights Releases (model releases, Unlimited Usage releases, Full Buyout releases, Place Image Usage Right releases, etc.). Qualifications: 5+ years in a data administrative asset management role in a creative agency and/or production studio environment. Experience with DAM systems, library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of web pages, media, or research is a plus. Takes initiative to improve processes and provide workflow solutions. Excellent organization and time management; possesses the ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively & efficiently with tight deadlines. Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines. Critical thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to opportunities. Flexibility: willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables. Attention to detail: demonstrating a high degree of accuracy.
