Panagora Group, is a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia-USAID/Colombia, through different contracts signed with the Mission for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.
Among the services that Panagora provides to USAID/Colombia is the development of investigations, special studies, and data analysis, whose main objective is to provide the Mission with timely and quality information that allows timely and informed decision-making regarding action plans and future activities to be developed within the framework of cooperation. Additionally, Panagora carries out special studies and data analysis for internal use that serve as input for the final result of other activities, evaluations, and other reports that it delivers for the Mission.

**Assessment Specialist **experienced in research and in economic, social, and development issues to be a part of its work team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive services to the research component, including but not limited to the execution of research and other special studies, data analysis, and supervision/comprehensive management of assigned staff and consultant teams.
- Under the leadership of the supervisor, oversee the management and timely delivery of all activities assigned to the research component, including but not limited to the design, planning, execution, and preparation of reports, as well as Use and Dissemination plans in accordance with Panagora and client's standards and needs.
- Participate and collaborate with the different actors and stakeholders of the MELSA Activity in the creation, development, and implementation of research designs and methodologies, special studies, and analysis of data to achieve the objectives of the assigned activities.
- Support the management of the portfolio of research activities, special studies, and data analysis assigned to the component, ensuring its implementation according to the established schedules in coordination with Panagora's management.
- Work in coordination with the team in the research component operations, including but not limited to the management of subcontractors, consultants, and/or professional service providers.
- Collaborate with the Panagora Home Office team on the development and delivery of research component's products and reports. Responsible for the results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations, and the preparation of reports in Spanish and English with the required quality and content standards according to set deadlines.
- Assist in the process of implementation and monitoring of the Recommendation Implementation plans of the investigations carried out when this process applies.
- Coordinate the development of special studies and data analysis required by Panagora to be used as inputs in its evaluations and other studies or products in the process.
