Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.- Among the services that Panagora provides to USAID/Colombia is the development of research special studies, and data analysis, whose main objective is to provide the Mission with timely and quality information that allows timely and informed decision-making regarding action plans and future activities to be developed within the framework of cooperation. Additionally, Panagora carries out special studies and data analysis for internal use that serve as input for the final result of other activities, evaluations, and other reports that it delivers for the Mission.

**Responsibilities**:
- As an Assessment Consultant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including executing research and special studies, conducting data analysis, and managing staff and consultant teams. Your work will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards and meeting project timelines.
- Under the leadership of the supervisor, support the management and timely delivery of all activities assigned to the research component, including but not limited to the design, planning, execution, and review of partial, preliminary, and final reports, as well as Use and Dissemination plans for the different products produced in accordance with Panagora and client's standards and needs.
- Participate and collaborate with the different actors and stakeholders of the MELSA Activity in the creation, development, and implementation of assessment designs and methodologies.
- Support the management of the portfolio of assessments assigned to the component, ensuring its implementation according to the established schedules and management of implementation bottlenecks in coordination with Panagora's management and sub-management.
- Work in coordination with Panagora's operational areas in the operational aspects related to the research component, including but not limited to the management of subcontractors, consultants, and/or professional service providers in relation to preparation and/or updating of terms of reference, requests for contractual amendments, and management of payments and disbursements, travel requests, and/or other authorizations.
- Collaborate with the Panagora Home Office team on the process for delivering the research component's products and reports. This includes timely delivery in accordance with the deadlines established in the activity's planning process and the agreements reached with USAID/Colombia.
- Coordinate the development of studies and data analysis required by Panagora to be used as inputs in its evaluations and other studies or products in the process.
