Artificial Intelligence Specialist, Qualitative Analysis and Contracting Panagora Group is a social enterprise that provides global monitoring and evaluation services and other international development services. Panagora is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist with experience in using artificial intelligence tools to improve the efficiency of qualitative data analysis and contracting processes. This long-term position will be based in Bogota, Colombia and is expected to start in 2024, contingent on project award. This position is open to Colombian nationals. Job Description The Artificial Intelligence Specialist will work closely with team members to integrate artificial intelligence tools and applications to improve the efficiency of qualitative data analysis within research studies, and to improve the efficiency of select business operations processes focused on procurement and contracting. The AI Specialist will also mentor peers to apply AI tools to their work. The position will be based in Bogota, Colombia with occasional in-country travel, and is contingent upon funding to Panagora. Requirements Two or more years of professional experience in a business setting Experience using AI for qualitative analysis and using machine learning auto-coding options such as pattern-based and thematic coding and sentiment analysis Expertise and proven experience using AI applications in business settings to strengthen efficiency of procurement, contracting, and business writing functions Experience training and mentoring others to use AI tools Process analysis and process improvement experience integrating AI is preferred Ability to work fluently in spoken and written English and Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
